Time to find a patent attorney?
The April 2013 edition of Tax Adviser magazine carried an article entitled “Time to find a patent attorney?”
Nick Braddon co-authored the article with Peter Jelfs, a tax manager at Mazars LLP who specialises in R&D tax relief and the new patent box regime. The idea behind the article was to introduce the patent attorney profession – especially in terms of what we do and where to find us – to tax advisers, since with the advent of the patent box regime, clients may benefit from patent attorneys and tax advisers working more closely together than they have done previously.
