Roles & responsibilities:

  • Carly has worked as a trade mark paralegal at Barker Brettell for over 20 years, most of which have been spent working alongside Tracy Arch and Louis Pittortou. This means that she has built an excellent understanding and business relationship with many of their clients. She has vast experience in all aspects of trade marks and provides a focused and professional service
  • Oversees the workflow of a team of eight trade mark paralegals, ensuring they are up-to-date with new laws and rules as and when they come into force, as well as encouraging the team to participate in training and development
  • Played an active role in setting up and promoting the Barker Brettell Euro-IP hub to US-based clients and firms
  • Carly qualified as a CITMA Paralegal in 2005 and is a committee member of the CITMA Paralegal Course Working Group
