Overview:

Rosanne is experienced in all areas of trade mark work including advising on the availability and registrability of trade marks, filing and prosecuting UK, EU, International, and overseas trade mark applications, including dealing with objections raised, filing and prosecuting oppositions in the UK and EU and trade mark infringement and passing off matters. She has coordinated the recordal of a number of global assignment and licence programmes for key clients.

Rosanne works with a wide range of clients, and has particular focus on the fashion industry and has been working with clients to help manage their global portfolios and strategy. She also gained insight into the automotive sector and the challenges in the industry, when she completed a secondment at a leading automotive company.

Experience:

  • Successfully prosecuting and filing UDRP complaints for a number of clients against infringing domain names
  • Gained in-house experience whilst on secondment for a large international automotive company
  • Managing and coordinating an on-going cease and desist programme successfully enforcing the rights of a globally recognised client
