个人简介:
Gustav is an experienced lawyer specialising in intellectual property law, in particular trade mark protection and prosecution. With a background in both private and public sectors, including roles at the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV) and a leading Swedish law firm, Gustav is well-experienced in IP-related issues and advising clients across a wide range of industries. He is recognised for his sharp analytical skills, proactive approach and commitment to protecting and elevating the value of his clients’ IP assets.
Gustav holds a Master of Laws, and an LL.M. in European Intellectual Property Law, both from Stockholm University.
Gustav works across all aspects of trade mark law, including providing registrability advice, conducting clearance searches and handling prosecution actions related to oppositions and cancellations.
