The Irish Patent Office has amended the fees payable when filing an application for a series of trade marks in Ireland. The price for a series of two marks remains unchanged, but for each additional mark over two, there will now be a lower fee of 50 Euros per mark.
This change brings the Irish practice for series marks in line with UK practice.
