Barker Brettell named 2nd largest trade mark filer in UK
Barker Brettell has been named as the UK’s second largest filer of both UK and Community Trade Marks in the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA) annual Top 100 filers’ reports.
Based on the number of trade marks filed in 2014, ITMA’s ‘Top 100 UK Trade Mark filers’ and ‘Top 100 Community Trade Mark filers’ reports confirm that Barker Brettell came second only to Marks and Clerk, a firm with an extensive network of offices.
