Protecting your technological innovation
We have a team of over ten patent attorneys with wide-ranging experience in dealing with computer-implemented inventions (CIIs), from drafting and filing new patent applications through to getting applications granted and in defending or opposing granted patents.
Working with a wide range of clients, both directly and indirectly via instructing attorneys outside Europe, acting on behalf of applicants that include large companies in the US, Europe and elsewhere as well as with smaller companies, start-ups and individuals working to develop computer-implemented inventions.
Depending on your specific field and technical requirements, we can find an attorney to suit your needs. We do recognise, however, that in some cases a patent application may be not what is required, or even that patent protection is not possible for your invention and can advise accordingly. We are also able to advise if your aim is not to seek patent protection but to avoid patent infringement or to minimise the risk of troublesome third party patents.
CIIs cover practically every aspect of modern technology, but there are a few specific fields we have chosen to emphasise here that are of particular current relevance and in which our team has specific experience.
