G20 developments: what do they mean for the UK’s Patent Box?
The December 2014 edition of the CIPA Journal carried an article entitled “G20 developments: what do they mean for the UK’s Patent Box?” Nick Braddon, a patent attorney and associate based in our Birmingham office, co-authored the article with Peter Jelfs, a senior manager at Mazars LLP.
As the article explains, while the proposed changes to Patent Box represent something of a compromise, several positive messages emerged for innovative UK businesses.
